Getting started

Prodamus helps you accept payments directly in customer conversations. A Senler agent offers only approved items and prices, creates a personal payment link, and continues the conversation after verified payment. You do not need to assemble links manually or trust a payment screenshot.

What you need

Before setup, prepare:

• a published Prodamus payment page such as https://shop.payform.ru;
• the secret key of that payment page;
• a Senler project with the agent that needs payments.

The secret key is never given to the agent and is not displayed after saving.

1. Authorize the Senler project

Open the installed Prodamus application from the required Senler project. The screenshot highlights:

1. Sign in — click the button and approve application access to the current project. Prodamus opens the connection settings after you return.

Authorization applies only to the current Senler project. Prodamus payment-page details are added separately in the next step.

If the application permissions change, it shows the Token update required screen. Select Update token and approve the new permissions. Your connected Prodamus accounts remain unchanged.

2. Connect Prodamus

Open the Connection tab and add at least one Prodamus account. Enter a clear internal name, the part of the address before .payform.ru, and the secret key for that exact payment page. Every field and a completed example are shown on the Prodamus accounts page.

You may connect multiple payment pages. One is selected by default, but each tool may use a different one.

3. Add the tool to an agent

Open the Senler agent settings and add a Prodamus application tool, then select the Tool tab. Select a Prodamus account and configure the allowed items, prices, and customer contact data. The Tool settings page explains every field with an example.

The Add or Save button is in the Senler window below the application. If a required field is missing, the application prevents saving and explains what to fix.

4. Enable the payment event

In the same agent settings, open App events and enable the Prodamus “Payment confirmed” event. After Prodamus sends a verified notification, the event is delivered to that exact agent in the conversation where the link was created.

Define what the agent should tell the customer and which actions it should take after payment in the agent instruction. The application does not send a hard-coded customer message.

Result

After saving, the agent can:

• create a link only for configured items and prices;
• send the link to the customer in the current conversation;
• check the stored order status by order_id;
• react to a confirmed payment in the same conversation according to its instruction.
