Senler Agents

What's new

Feature

App events for agents

Apps now support events: signals an app can send to an agent at the right moment.

For example, after a successful payment, an app can send an event so the agent can notify the customer or perform another action.

Add the event to agent settings to start using it.

Feature

Accept payments with Prodamus

The new Prodamus plugin lets agents create payment links for customers and check payment status after a payment is made.

Build payment workflows that do not require an operator to handle every step.

Starter questions on the widget welcome screen

Add starter questions to the widget’s welcome screen to suggest first steps, help users get started and guide the conversation.

Lead profiles now include a list of conversations. Open any conversation from the list to review its history.

Feature

Processing indicators and subscription greetings

New agent settings give you more control over processing indicators and welcome messages.

For the Widget channel, choose what users see while the agent prepares a response:

  1. Reasoning stages: brief descriptions such as Thinking, Searching for information or Generating an image.

  2. An Agent is typing indicator showing the agent’s name.

  3. No processing indicator.

The Reply on segment subscription setting starts a separate welcome scenario when a user subscribes through a landing page, a direct link or manual addition to a segment.

When disabled, a subscription alone does not trigger a reply. The agent continues responding to incoming messages according to its other settings.

Subscriptions created while processing an incoming message, such as a keyword or any-message rule, do not trigger an additional greeting. The agent replies to the user’s original message.

Example instruction: After the user subscribes, greet them, briefly explain how you can help and ask one clarifying question.

Improvement

Better-organized agent settings

We reorganized agent settings into clearer groups, making options easier to find and agents faster to configure.

The functionality remains the same; the update improves how you work with it.

Improvement

Get a subscription link directly from agent settings without creating and linking a segment and a landing page separately.

Open the Subscription link tab and choose:

  • a direct subscription link;

  • a subscription link through a landing page.

These options cover most scenarios. You can still configure segments, landing pages and triggers manually for more advanced workflows.

Feature

Collaborative landing page editing

Multiple project members can now edit landing pages together.

Each page and block shows who is working on it, helping the team avoid conflicting edits.

A compact support schedule

The support schedule has a compact view that makes shifts easier to read. You can download the schedule as an image or print it.
