Tool settings

The Tool settings section defines fixed sales terms. The agent cannot invent a price or select an arbitrary item outside this list.

Main settings

In What the tool does, enter a short purpose such as “Consultation payment.” The agent sees this title.

In Prodamus account, select the payment page where the order is created.

The How to select an item field has two modes:

• one predefined item — the agent calls the tool without selecting a product;
• agent selects from a list — the call includes only the code of one allowed item.

Payment items

The Payment items section can describe a product, service, subscription, event booking, or any other item for sale.

For the first item, complete:

• Code — a short unique system value such as consultation;
• Name — a customer-friendly name;
• Price in rubles;
• Quantity;
• Order description for the payment page.

In list selection mode, click Item to add more options. The agent receives the allowed codes and cannot provide an arbitrary amount.

Customer contacts

In Customer contacts, you can enable the phone and email fields.

Both values are optional when creating a link. If no phone is provided, Prodamus asks the customer to enter it on the payment page.
