YCLIENTS: getting started
YCLIENTS in Senler brings service booking into the conversation: offer a service and a staff member, find an available time, and book after the customer confirms.
What you can do
- Retrieve services, prices, and staff from the connected branch.
- Offer the nearest available days and times.
- Create an appointment with the customer's name and phone number.
- Use agent tools to check an appointment by its ID, reschedule it, or cancel it.
- Display day and time buttons in an automation and follow different paths depending on the step's result.
Appointments are created in YCLIENTS. Searching for a time or selecting a time option does not reserve it.
Quick start
- Install YCLIENTS in the intended Senler project and open the app.
- Click «Войти» (Sign in) if the app requests Senler authorization.
- Click «Подключить» (Connect) and approve your branch connection in YCLIENTS.
- Check that the branch appears as «Подключено» (Connected).
- Add the required tools to an agent or steps to an automation.
- First check services and availability. Then agree on a test booking and verify it in the YCLIENTS calendar.
Barbershop example
A customer writes: “I'd like a haircut this week.” The agent clarifies the service and staff member, offers the nearest available days, then times. It collects the customer's name and phone number, summarizes the details, and asks for confirmation. It announces a confirmed appointment only after successful creation.
An automation can use messages, buttons, and app steps for the same booking flow. Rescheduling and reading an existing appointment are available as agent tools; there are currently no separate ready-made automation steps for those actions.
Prepare your branch
Services, staff, and working hours must be configured in the branch. Availability searches need options eligible for online booking. An empty cell in the administrator's calendar does not by itself guarantee that customers can book it.
The app does not configure your YCLIENTS schedule, services, payments, or staff permissions. Reminders and other messages are configured separately in your Senler scenario.
