Simple setup
Simple setup is intended for launching a promotion without a separate RefLink flow in Senler.io. The application displays the menu, provides personal links, counts invited users, and checks the goal that you configure. Once the goal is reached, RefLink can assign an agent to the inviter, add the inviter to a segment, or start an automation once.
The screenshot highlights:
- Channels — select the bots and communities where users can join the promotion.
- Invitations required for the reward — set the threshold that RefLink compares with the user's statistics.
- Action type after reaching the goal — choose an agent, segment, or automation.
- Where to add the inviter — select a project entity; the screenshot uses the Received a referral reward segment.
- Button labels — use clear actions such as “Get my link,” “My friends,” and “Check my gift.”
- Messages — explain the promotion, display the link and statistics, and tell the user how to claim the reward.
Channels
Select at least one connected channel when creating or editing the campaign. If the required channel is missing, add it to your Senler.io project. The campaign responds only in the selected channels.
Links use current Senler.io channel data. If a connected bot username changes, you do not need to recreate the campaign.
Buttons
The menu contains three buttons:
- get a personal link;
- view invited users;
- check the bonus.
You can change the labels of all three buttons. Users may select the buttons again to receive a current link or refreshed statistics in the same conversation.
Reward condition
In “How many users must be invited,” enter an integer from 1 to 100000. RefLink compares the current referral count with this value when checking the bonus.
Under “Where to add the inviter,” select a tab and a project entity:
- Agent assigns the selected agent to the lead without immediately invoking a response;
- Segment adds the lead to the segment without starting agents or automations associated with that segment;
- Automation starts the selected automation for the lead.
You may select any existing entity, including an inactive agent or a draft automation. When the user reaches the threshold, RefLink starts the action in Senler.io and checks the final background-process status. While Senler.io is still processing the action or returns a temporary error, processing is retried safely without repeating a successful delivery. A completed action runs once per user and campaign.
If the selected entity was deleted or can no longer accept the action, choose another target in the campaign settings and ask the user to select the bonus-check button again. Leave “Do not add” selected if automatic delivery is not needed; RefLink will only display the Bonus available message.
Messages
You can edit the texts for regular entry, link delivery, statistics, bonus checks, successful invitations, inviter notifications, and self-referral attempts.
The following placeholders are available in messages:
{{referral_url}}— the current user's personal link;{{referral_count}}— the number of invited users;{{referrals_list}}— a formatted list of up to 100 invited users; if there are more, the remaining count is shown at the end;{{required_referral_count}}— the configured number of invitations required for the reward;{{remaining_referral_count}}— the number of invitations still needed to reach the goal.
Do not remove a placeholder that the message needs. For example, without {{referral_url}}, the response to the link button will not contain the link itself.
Verification
Save the campaign, expand Subscription links, and open the link for the required channel. The bot should display the configured menu. Select every button and verify that the link, statistics, and bonus result arrive as separate messages.
