Troubleshooting

Check the following in order:

  1. RefLink is authorized in the correct project.
  2. The channel is connected to that Senler.io project.
  3. For a Simple campaign, the channel is selected in campaign settings.
  4. For an Advanced campaign, an active published automation has an rfc_<label> trigger.
  5. The link was copied from the current campaign card and opens the correct bot.
  6. The user actually started the bot or sent the start command; merely opening the bot profile may not be enough.

In Simple setup, verify that the link message still contains the {{referral_url}} placeholder.

In Advanced setup, the RefLink step must run first, and the following message must contain a run variable such as {{run.referral_url}}. If the result was renamed in step settings, use the new name.

An invitation was not recorded

Verify that the invited user opened a personal link with the rfc_<label>_<platform user ID> payload. A subscription link with only rfc_<label> has no inviter and creates no assignment.

Also remember:

  • a later visit does not replace the first inviter;
  • self-referrals are ignored;
  • every campaign has separate statistics;
  • the inviter must already be a lead of the same channel whose link was used.

The campaign automation cannot be opened

If RefLink reports that the linked automation was deleted, edit the campaign and select Create new. While the previous automation still exists, RefLink offers to open it and does not create a duplicate.

If the automation was created but could not be configured or published, select Retry setup. After successful publication, open the flow and verify its status in Senler.io.

Statistics did not update immediately

An invitation is recorded after the first valid start from a personal link. Then select the statistics button again or run the RefLink step once more. An old message is not edited automatically; a new request returns current data.

The referral count is calculated separately and always returns the complete value. The formatted list contains at most 100 leads; when more users were invited, its final line shows how many records remain outside the list.

The reward was not delivered after the goal was reached

First verify that the selected agent, segment, or automation still exists in the campaign settings. RefLink marks a reward as delivered only after the Senler.io background process completes successfully and does not create another delivery after success.

If the target was deleted, replace it in the campaign settings and select the bonus-check button again. If RefLink asks you to connect the project again, select Sign in and approve access once more; this is required when the application receives new OAuth permissions.
