Troubleshooting

This section helps you understand what to check if the agent responds incorrectly, the dialog is not found, the channel does not work, the data does not load, or an error appears in the interface.

Use diagnostics as a verification map: first identify the problem area, then collect facts, then open the related instruction, and only after that change settings.

Main tasks

Quick check order

  1. Clarify where the problem occurred: agent, channel, dialog, knowledge base, billing, access, or interface.
  2. Check the selected project and user role.
  3. Review event history and background processes if the problem is related to system actions.
  4. Compare the behavior with the instruction for the required section.
  5. If the error repeats, save an example, time, page URL, and related events.

When this section is especially useful

Diagnostics helps avoid mixing different causes: a filter can hide a dialog, a channel may not be connected, an agent may use an old published version, and a knowledge base file may still be processing.
