From the vault you can go to attachment limits.

Removal and cleaning

• if a list of files is available in the interface, an unnecessary file can be deleted;
• orphaned files - files that are no longer associated with the active object, but take up space;
• deleting files may affect the viewing of old attachments in dialogs;
• before deleting, check whether the file is needed for communication history or diagnostics.

Attachment Link

• errors “The file is larger than the current limit for uploading project attachments” in dialogs are related to the storage limit;
• if the user often receives limit exceeded, check the attachment limit and tariff;
• for HTTP 403/404/timeout, see the document on attachments in dialogs.

If the limit has been reached

• check the tariff and available storage amount;
• delete unnecessary files, if this option is available;
• reduce attachment limits;
• disable unnecessary uploads in channels;
• switch to a tariff with larger storage, if necessary.
