Channels
Channels connect Senler AI to message sources: Telegram, VK, MAX, Discord, Email, Avito, StreamVi and the website via a widget.
A channel defines where messages come from and where the agent sends replies. For each channel, it is important to check the connection, conversation space, assigned agents, webhooks, and platform limits.
Main tasks
- Add Channel - platform selection and transition to the connection form.
- Telegram - bot token and connection check.
- Widget - creating and installing a widget on a site.
- Settings - token, webhook, status, and channel parameters.
- Spaces - groups, chats, and related spaces.
- Migration - channel transfer or reconnection.
Recommended order
- Choose the channel type and open the guide for the required platform: Telegram, VK, MAX, Avito, Discord, Email, StreamVi, or the website widget.
- Prepare the token, access, or settings required by the platform.
- Connect the channel and check its settings and status.
- Configure agent auto-assignment or assign an agent manually in a dialog, then check conversations in the dialog list.
- If the channel worked before, check migration, spaces, and event history.
How to find the right place faster
Channel articles describe the main buttons, token fields, settings, and connection statuses separately. For a specific field or button, open the platform guide: Telegram, VK, MAX, Avito, Discord, Email, StreamVi, or the website widget.
