Channels connect Senler AI to message sources: Telegram, VK, MAX, Discord, Email, Avito, StreamVi and the website via a widget.

A channel defines where messages come from and where the agent sends replies. For each channel, it is important to check the connection, conversation space, assigned agents, webhooks, and platform limits.

Main tasks

• Add channel - platform selection and transition to the connection form.
• Telegram connection - bot token and connection check.
• Connecting a site widget - installing a widget on a site.
• Channel settings - agents, webhooks, statuses and channel parameters.
• Channel Spaces - groups, chats and related spaces.
