Leads
A lead is a record for a person or external account that interacted with the project through a connected channel. Senler stores profile data, channel, subscription status, acquisition source, segments, and variables in this record.
How leads appear
A lead can appear after a message, community join, message permission, a bot being added to a chat, comment, Like, import, or another project operation that creates the record. Available sources depend on the platform and the event it provides.
The section is connected to dialogs: an incoming message usually creates or updates a lead, and the lead profile provides access to that lead's conversations. The same person can appear as separate records in different channels because every record has its own channel and external ID.
Working with leads
- List, search, and filters - find the required leads, inspect source and status, and refresh the current selection.
- Lead profile - inspect data, segments, consents, notes, dialogs, and variables for one lead.
- Import - add users by external ID from VK, Telegram, or MAX.
- Export - export the current selection to CSV or TXT.
- Segments - group leads into audiences and manage entry conditions.
- Deliveries - send messages to a selected audience.
