FAQ

What kind of service is this?

Senler AI is a no-code cabinet for creating AI agents for business. You create a project, connect channels like Telegram, VK, MAX, Avito, Email or a website widget, set up an agent and assign it to dialogs. The agent can respond to clients, use tools, collect metrics, work with leads and help the team control communications.

How to create your first agent?

Open the project, go through the Agents item in the side menu, then click the create agent button. You can choose the auto-training wizard or manual creation. For the manual option, fill in the name, instructions, model, and required functions. In the form, set Autostart to “By keywords and link,” “On all messages,” or “Off,” restrict dialog types and channels when needed, then test, publish, and activate the agent.

Why doesn't the agent answer?

Check in order: the channel is connected and not paused, the platform connection is configured, the agent is active, changes are published, the agent is assigned by the main/channel rule/keyword, balance and tariff allow work, and the message actually got into the dialogs. If it is not clear, open Settings -> History and find the event by channel, lead or dialog: there you can usually see whether the agent was launched and whether there was a generation, tool, or delivery error.

I changed the instructions, but the agent responds the same way.

Most likely, the changes are still in draft. Open the agent, save the changes and press publish. Real channels use the published version of the agent, so after edits to instructions, functions, MCPs, variables or keywords, you need to publish a new version.

How to connect Telegram?

In the project, open Channels in the side menu, click Add channel, and choose Telegram. Insert the bot token from BotFather and connect the bot. Once connected, open the channel settings and check that the token and Telegram connection work. Then make sure that the project has an active published agent assigned.

How to connect a widget to the site?

Open Channels in the side menu, click Add channel, and choose Widget. Specify the name and allowed domains, for example example.com or *.example.com. Once created, copy the widget code and paste it on the site. In the widget settings, you can change the theme, language, position, dimensions, texts, button, file resolution and user identity verification.

How to give access to an employee?

Open Members in the project side menu, wait for the members page, click Invite, and choose invitation by ID or by email. Fill in the user ID or email, choose a role: Administrator, Member, or Viewer, then click Send invitation. After creation, send the user the invitation link if the cabinet shows it. If you need to limit access to channels, open the member card and configure access to all channels or only selected ones.

How can I see where the credits went?

Open Billing -> Credit history, select a period and open spend operations. In detail you can see events, tokens, models and agents. If you need more detail, open Settings -> History and find events by credit transaction ID.

How can I give an agent access to CRM?

First, connect a CRM or another external tool in Settings -> MCP Servers. Specify the service address and the suitable authorization method. Then open the agent and select this tool in the MCP block. After changes, save and publish the agent.

How can I make the agent remember the client’s data?

Create lead variable definitions in Settings -> Variables. Then open the agent, enable lead variables and give write access. In the agent instructions, explicitly specify what data should be saved and under what conditions. Once configured, publish the agent.

How to make sales analytics?

In the agent, enable metrics collection and select the Sales type. You can use standard metrics or add your own: for example, readiness to purchase, budget, objections, product of interest. Specify AI instructions for extraction, save and publish the agent. After the dialogs appear, the data will be visible in Insight.

Why is the analytics empty?

Check that the agent has metrics collection enabled, the version with metrics has been published, there are dialogs in the selected period, filters do not hide data, and metrics are included in analytics. For diagnostics, open Settings -> History and look at metric extraction events.
