Credits History

Summary

Open Billing in the project side menu, then choose Credit history on the billing page.

Credit history helps you understand when credits were granted, purchased, spent, or adjusted. Use it to investigate sharp spending, check auto-purchases, and reconcile the balance after a payment.

Estimated cost

A spend operation may show Estimated cost under your plan, Estimated cost of purchased credits, or a combined estimate for the plan and packages. It is calculated proportionally from the price of the credits used for that spend.

This is a reference estimate, not a separate money charge. No additional money is charged when this line appears. Under a free plan the cost may be zero, and when calculation data is unavailable, the estimate is not shown.

Spend Operation Status

Spend operations can have the "Pending" or "Completed" status. "Pending" means the spend has already been reserved or is being collected in the current billing period, but finalization is not complete yet. After finalization, the operation becomes completed, and the card keeps the final credits, cash equivalent, period, and aggregated counters.

Charge details

In spend operation details, you can open grouping by agents and by models. Agent grouping shows the agent, agent type, event count, tokens, cached tokens, and credits. Model grouping shows the model, events, request and response tokens, cached token share, and credits.

The event count in the details is clickable: it opens "Settings" -> "History" for this spend operation. Use this transition when you need to find the specific generation, tool, or media events that made up the charge.

To understand where credits were spent

  • open credit history;
  • filter by period;
  • open spend operations;
  • view events, tokens, models and agents;
  • if necessary, go to “History” by credit transaction ID.

If spending looks unexpected, compare the credit history period with agent activity, dialog volume, selected models, and enabled tools.
