Projects

A project combines agents, channels, the knowledge base, dialogs, leads, Insight, Statistics, and access settings. Work in Senler AI typically begins by selecting or creating a project.

Think of a project as a workspace for a company or direction. Inside the project, you configure message sources, agents, team permissions, variables, event history, and answer materials.

Main tasks

• AI assistant - what opens on the project start page and how to use quick actions and the side menu.
• Basic project settings - name, avatar, language, API keys, link access, and restrictions.
• Support settings - support schedule, operator assignments, and response SLA.
• Resource packages and link access - copying agents, deliveries, segments, knowledge base resources, and variables between projects.

Where to start

First check that the required project is open. AI assistant shows the assistant and screen notifications for the current project, while work sections open through the side menu.

If a user asks where to start, guide them through the side menu: Agents for creating an agent, Channels for connecting a channel, Knowledge Base for materials, and Dialogs for checking conversations.

What is convenient from the start page

The project overview may show quick actions for creating an agent, connecting a channel, the knowledge base, an MCP server, variables, Insight, and Statistics. If a card is absent or the member's role does not allow the section, use the corresponding side menu item.

If a ready setup needs to be moved to another project, use resource packages: they create a copy inside the account or a temporary import link.
