Settings

Select the Settings gear button to the right of the project name. A separate menu for the current project's settings opens. To return to the working sections, select Back to project. The menu depends on the member's permissions: an unavailable section is not shown.

What is in Settings

The top of the menu contains four primary sections:

  • General — the project name, avatar, and language, plus links to API keys and lead credit limits;
  • Plan & billing — the plan, monetary balance, credits, renewal, and transaction history;
  • Limits — credit, delivery, automation, and storage usage;
  • Members — the project team, roles, and invitations.

Additional sections

The Project data group contains the Knowledge Base, MCP Server, Variables, and Resource copying.

In the Client service group, open Working hours to configure operator schedules and response-time monitoring.

The Control group contains:

  • History — the sequence of messages, agent runs, tools, and errors;
  • Processes — long-running imports, migrations, and other background operations;
  • Audit Log — who changed project settings and entities and when.

Project data, Client service, and Control labels help you locate a section, but you select the menu item itself. The four top sections do not have a separate group label. Each article first shows the path to the required page and then explains actions on it.
