Buying Credits
Summary
Path: “Tariff and payment” -> “Credits”. The page shows credit packages.
Package cards
- number of credits;
- approximate number of replies/messages;
- package name, if any;
- price;
- savings in percentage, if any.
Purchase
- select a package;
- view summary;
- click purchase;
- choose whether to use balance;
- check the current balance;
- see the amount from the balance and the total payable;
- select a payment system when an amount remains payable after using the balance;
- confirm or proceed to payment.
If cryptocurrency is selected among the available methods, a separate payment window opens. It can be closed and resumed later within the same order. After submitting the transaction, wait for confirmations and do not create another payment; the full flow and error guidance are in Transactions and replenishment.
If you do not have enough credits
- buy a package;
- change the tariff;
- choose a more economical model, if suitable;
- disable unnecessary expensive functions if they are not needed.
Auto purchase
- can automatically buy credits when the balance approaches the threshold;
- settings depend on available packages, payment settings and user rights;
- to understand why credits were purchased automatically, check the credit history, transactions and auto-purchase settings;
- if the auto purchase did not work, check the payment system, balance, country/currency and the selected package.
