Polls, Reactions, and Voter List

Polls

Open Dialogs and select the required conversation. A poll card can be:

  • anonymous or public;
  • with one option or several;
  • open or closed.

The cabinet shows the answer options and the number of votes. For some polls, you can open the list of voters and navigate to the lead or profile on the platform.

Telegram provides an updatable voter list only for polls sent by the channel's own bot. A poll sent by someone else may still show its card and known totals, but refreshing cannot retrieve a new voter list.

Poll data refresh

The "Update poll" button requests fresh data from the platform. If the update fails, check the channel access and whether the poll still exists on the platform side.

Telegram checklists

If Telegram sent a checklist, the cabinet shows it as a message card: title, task list, completion progress, and completed task markers. A completed task may show the user's name, username, chat title or ID, and completion time.

Checklist updates may arrive as separate Telegram service events. If the actor or date is not shown, the platform did not provide this data or it was not saved in the received update. When contacting support, open the message information or event history and copy the event ID, message ID, and checklist details.

Reactions

Reactions are shown next to a message or event. Click a reaction to open the list of users who posted it. If the list does not load, the event ID and reaction identifier help support check the issue.

VK Like Marks

A dialog for a tracked VK post or comment may show separate Like added and Like removed service events. They show a change to the VK Like mark and do not mean that the user subscribed to messages.

If VK identifies a user who is not yet a lead in this channel, either event may create an unsubscribed lead with the Like source. Removing the like does not delete the lead profile: the source records why it appeared, while the history events show the user's current action.
