How to Create a Dialog

A new dialog can be created with a specific lead or without linking it to a lead. If a conversation with the selected lead already exists, you can use the form to open it.

1. Open Dialogs in the project side menu.
2. On the section page, click the plus button.
3. In the creation form that opens on the right, select a lead. If the dialog does not need a lead, choose No lead.

To leave without creating a dialog, click the back arrow.

Create a Dialog With a Lead

1. Enter a name or username in the lead search field.
2. Select the lead you need.
3. Click Create.

If the selected lead already has conversations, they appear in the form. Click an existing dialog to open it. Create a new dialog only when you need a separate conversation.

Create a Dialog Without a Lead

1. Select No lead.
2. Click Create.

After the dialog is created, its chat opens. You can then send the first message.
