Create a Dialog

What does the form do

Open Dialogs in the project side menu and click the plus button on the section page. In the creation form, you can select a lead or create a dialog without tying it to a specific lead. The back arrow closes the form without creating anything.

If the selected lead already has dialogs, Senler AI displays a list of existing dialogs. You can open an existing dialog or create a new one.

Typical scenario

1. Enter a name or username in the lead search field.
2. Choose the found lead or No lead.
3. If existing conversations are shown, open the required dialog instead of creating a duplicate.
4. To start a new conversation, click Create.
5. After creation, send the first message in the opened chat.

If the lead is not found

• Check the spelling of the name or username.
• Check if the lead exists in the “Leads” section.
• If there are no leads in the project yet, they will appear automatically after the user’s first request or after import.

Direct message

The system supports direct messages to a dialog. In the cabinet, this appears as a scenario for creating or sending a message in the selected dialog. If the direct message does not go through, check the channel, operator rights, dialog status and sending errors.
