Tariffs
Summary
Path: “Tariff and payment” -> “Tariffs”. The tariffs page shows tariff cards.
Switches

Annual fee
- can show a 10% discount;
- You need to check the exact conditions in your cabinet.
The fare card shows
- name;
- price;
- credits per month or year;
- unlimited, if applicable;
- storage;
- approximate number of messages;
- description;
- current tariff;
- planned shift;
- the ability to buy, extend, cancel a planned transition or make a request.
Tariff purchase dialog
- type of action: new tariff, renewal, upgrade, downgrade;
- period;
- use balance;
- current balance;
- tariff price;
- refund/recalculation, if applicable;
- how much to write off from the balance sheet;
- total to be paid;
- payment system, when an amount remains payable after using the balance;
- dates;
- confirmation or proceeding to payment.
When a cryptocurrency method is selected, the cabinet opens a separate window for that order. You can close the window and resume payment later; after submitting the transaction, do not create a second order while the system is waiting for confirmation. See Transactions and replenishment for details.
Cancel a scheduled transition
- shows the current tariff;
- shows the planned tariff;
- shows the validity period;
- shows the activation date;
- requires confirmation.
If the purchase button is not visible
- the tariff may be current;
- the tariff can only be available upon request;
- the user may not have rights;
- check your payment settings.
