Connect Facebook
A Facebook channel receives Messenger messages addressed to your Page. You can reply from Senler AI dialogs and assign an agent. This connects a Page, not a personal profile, group, or post comments.
Connection access
The platform is marked In development: only Senler AI service administrators can connect it. Project administrator permissions alone do not grant this access.
Connect a Page
Select Facebook on the add-channel page.
- Click Connect channel.
- Sign in to Facebook as a user with access to the required Page's messages and grant the requested permissions.
- Select one of the available Pages and click Connect.
- Check the Page name in the channel settings that open.
- Send the Page a Messenger message and open the resulting dialog.
One Page connects as one channel. Add a separate channel for another Page.
Messages and limits
Senler sends ordinary replies within 24 hours of the customer's latest incoming message or action-button click in the conversation. Following a link button does not open the reply window.
Text, images, audio, video, and documents up to 25 MB are supported. A message can contain up to three buttons, each with a label up to 20 characters: a link or an action. Bulk broadcasts are unavailable for this channel.
Restore the connection
In channel settings, click Reconnect and repeat authorization for the same Page. Dialog history and channel settings are preserved. Reconnecting does not replace the Page with another one.
