Cryptocurrency payment

When a cryptocurrency method is available in the project's payment settings, it can be selected for a deposit, plan purchase, or credit package. Creating the order opens the crypto payment dialog.

WalletConnect and TonConnect

WalletConnect uses a compatible wallet on an EVM network. The order defines the network and asset, which may be the network's native coin or an ERC-20 token. The dashboard asks you to switch networks when needed. For ERC-20, the wallet may request token approval first and payment confirmation second.

TonConnect is used to pay with native TON on the TON network specified by the order.

For either option, select Connect wallet, choose the wallet app, verify the network, asset, and amount, and then confirm the wallet request.

The wallet must contain the required asset and the network's native currency for the fee. If an error occurs, check the selected network, token balance, fee balance, and whether the transaction was rejected in the wallet.

USDT TRC-20 transfer

Send funds using the QR code or the payment details. Copy the address and complete amount, use the TRC-20 network, and do not round the value.

The details are valid for a limited time. If they expire before you send funds, start the original deposit or purchase again and use the new order's details. Do not send funds to the old address after expiry.

Payment confirmation

After sending, the payment status updates automatically: the service finds the transaction, waits for the required network confirmations, and completes the order. Do not pay again while verification is in progress.

The dialog cannot be closed while the wallet is connecting or sending the transaction. After sending, you can close it while order verification continues. Resume payment returns to the stored order after closing the dialog or reloading the page. It restores the order only in the same browser and the same project.

If a manual reconciliation message appears, the transfer has been found but must be matched to the order. Do not send funds again. Give support the order identifier and transaction hash, if available.

Never share a seed phrase or private key. The order identifier, transaction hash, amount, network, and transfer time are enough to review a payment.
