Member list and roles

The Members page contains the team that configures, develops, and publishes the application. These are not users of the installed application: team members do not gain access to customer projects where it is installed.

A ready-made solution follows a separate rule. After its source project is created, application team access is synchronized with that project: an application administrator becomes a project administrator, a developer becomes a project member, and a viewer becomes a project viewer. If a person was added to the source project separately, that independent access is not replaced. Members of other projects are managed under Project members.

The Members tab shows active and inactive members, their roles, and the dates they were added. Search works by name, email, or ID.

RoleAccess
OwnerFull access, including member management and application deletion.
AdministratorAll capabilities except deleting the application. Can invite, edit, and deactivate other members.
DeveloperSettings, OAuth credentials, webhooks, versions and publication, catalog, documentation, and analytics. Cannot manage members or delete the application.
ViewerCan view the application, members, and analytics without changing settings.

The owner cannot be edited or deactivated. The owner and administrators can manage other members, but they cannot change their own role.

The Invitations tab shows invitations with the statuses Pending, Accepted, Declined, Expired, and Cancelled. The status filter limits the list to the selected status.

An invitation is valid for 7 days. A pending invitation can be cancelled, after which its link stops working. Resending becomes available 4 hours after the previous send.

For a ready-made solution, the form warns separately that accepting the invitation grants the selected role both in the application and in its source project. If the person was already added to the source project manually, that independent access is not changed.

When you invite by user ID, the registered user receives an in-app notification, and only that user can use the link. The email option does not send an email: the address is stored in the invitation list, while access is provided by the link itself.

After creation, the cabinet shows the invitation link. Click the copy button and send the link to the recipient. Copy it before closing the dialog: the Invitations tab lets you check or cancel the invitation, but does not show its link again.

The person does not become an application member until the invitation is accepted. Resending an invitation by user ID creates another in-app notification. For the email option, use the copied link because the cabinet does not send it by email.

How to edit or remove a member

Open an active member on the Members tab. On the edit page, choose the role and click Save. The Role permissions section shows the access granted by the selected role; individual permissions cannot be configured here.

To revoke access, click Remove member and confirm through Remove. The member record remains: it moves to the inactive list and access to the application ends. Accepting a new invitation reactivates the member.

For a ready-made solution, access automatically granted to its source project is revoked at the same time. Access retained through separate membership in that project or through another application remains active. The application owner cannot be deactivated.

How to accept an invitation

The recipient signs in to the cabinet and opens the application invitation page. It shows the application, who sent the invitation, and the assigned role. A user ID invitation link must be opened while signed in as the specified user; a link created with an email address is not bound to an account with that address.

An invitation with the Pending status can be accepted or declined. After acceptance, the cabinet adds the user to the team and opens the application. An expired, cancelled, or already processed invitation has no available actions, and the page shows its current state.
