Leads in Statistics
Summary
The Leads tab shows not only new and active leads but also the state of the reachable base: subscriptions, unsubscriptions, net growth, and segment membership changes.
How to read the tab
- Open the Leads tab.
- In the segment subscription table, find growing and shrinking segments.
- In the subscription log, check specific leads and event sources.

Key indicators
- The New leads card shows the value for the selected period and the change from the previous period of the same length. Read the other cards in the same way.
- new and active leads;
- subscriptions and unsubscriptions;
- net growth;
- total base size;
- subscribed base;
- percentage of the base available for messages.
The new leads chart shows inflow over time, while the subscriptions and unsubscriptions chart helps locate dates when the reachable base changed noticeably.

Subscriptions by UTM
The Subscriptions by UTM section uses the selected statistics period. You can keep all channels or select one project channel.

The top shows two values: all subscriptions through links and subscriptions with saved UTM attribution. Below, values expand by utm_source → utm_medium → utm_campaign → utm_content → utm_term. Each node shows subscription count and unique lead count; a missing value is labeled Not set.
Expand only the required branches: nested rows load as you open them. When the period has no subscriptions with UTM, the section shows an empty state. Creating marked links is covered in the segment and landing sections.
Subscription and segment membership
A subscription is permission to receive messages. Segment membership means that a lead belongs to a specific selection. These are different events: the general log describes message subscriptions, while the segment table describes joining and leaving segments. To learn how selections are formed and how leads join them, see Segments.
Segment subscriptions
- The Segment subscriptions table shows joins, leaves, and net change for each segment during the period.
A positive change means more leads joined; a negative change means more leads left. A deleted segment keeps a Deleted label so historical data remains understandable.

Open the segment or the lead profile to see specific members and why they entered the segment.
Agent subscription page segment
- An agent icon appears next to this segment. Select it to view the agent or open its settings.

Subscription and unsubscription log
The log contains the lead name, username or ID, external platform ID, event source, event type, and time. It loads more records as you scroll.
Use the log after a spike on the chart to identify which leads and sources formed the change. Time is displayed in the browser's time zone.
