Application installations
Open your application under Developers and select Installations. The installations page lets you review installation trends, find a project, and revoke its installation if needed.
Installation trends
The chart shows installs and removals separately by day. The period selector offers 7, 30, 90 days, and one year. The period changes the chart, not the project list below.
Projects
Use the list tabs to select:
- Installed — projects from which the application has not been removed;
- Removed — projects from which the application has already been removed.
Search accepts the project name, public ID, or internal ID. The table shows the project, its ID, installation date, removal date for a finished installation, and a webhook delivery summary for the last 30 days. On mobile, dates and the summary appear within the project row instead of separate columns.
Removing an installation
Removing an installation requires application settings management permission.
- Find the project on the Installed tab and open the three-dot menu in its row.
- Select Remove application from project.
- Check the project name in the confirmation dialog. Cancel closes it without removing anything; Remove confirms revocation of the installation.
After confirmation, the application's tokens and access to that project are revoked. The record remains on the Removed tab.
Removing an installation stops the application in the selected project. Before confirming, make sure the correct project is selected and the user no longer needs the application's functions.
