Entered Segment Step

The Entered segment step creates a run after a confirmed event adds a lead to the selected segment. It is available only to For dialogs automations.

Select A Segment

Add the step from the catalog, select it on the workflow, and choose a segment.

A segment is required. The step cannot be saved and published correctly without one. An archived, missing, or other-project segment also blocks publication.

Add A Continuation

A trigger cannot have incoming connections. Connect its output to the next step. Without a continuation, the run starts and immediately finishes.

An event created by this automation does not start the same automation again. This protects the workflow from directly triggering itself through Add to segment.
