Managing an Installed Ready-made Solution
Installed ready-made solutions
The Installed tab shows ready-made solutions already connected to the project. Each installation shows its status, installation date, version, and developer dialog access state.
Select the installed ready-made solution card. An unfinished installation opens its current setup step immediately. If the author added a custom solution page, it opens after setup; otherwise, installation management opens.
If the author published help materials, a Documentation button is available here. It opens the cabinet-language version or an available translation.
In installation management you can:
- enable or disable developer dialog access;
- continue to ready-made solution setup or updates;
- delete the installation.

Ready-made solution resources
Agents, managed segments, landings, and other ready-made solution resources may be view-only. Their contents are controlled by the installed version and change during updates, so the cabinet does not offer editing them as standalone resources.
On an agent form, the ready-made solution notice shows the source and settings availability.
If the solution includes knowledge-base files, tables, or folders, they are placed in a separate folder named after the solution in the project knowledge base. The author's folder hierarchy is preserved inside it. A name collision does not overwrite an existing resource: the new one receives a (copy) or (copy 2) suffix.
After an update, the solution's materials continue using the same folder. Its agents can run and be assigned automatically only while the installation is active; when its status is Setup required, complete the installation stages.
If the description is temporarily unavailable
The cabinet keeps the installation and lets you delete it even when the ready-made solution data does not load temporarily. Documentation, setup, and other actions may remain unavailable until the ready-made solution description is restored.
Deleting an installation
Deletion disconnects the ready-made solution from the project. Before confirming it, check whether its agents, workflows, integrations, links, or data are used in project operations.
