In Automation Step

The In automation step checks whether the current lead or dialog has an unfinished run of the selected automation. It is available only in For dialogs automations.

Select An Automation

Open the step on the workflow and use Automation to select another automation in the project. The current workflow is not listed.

Yes applies when an unfinished run of the selected automation is found for the same lead or dialog. Completed, cancelled, and failed runs do not count. No applies when there is no such run.

Connect Both Branches

Connect Yes and No to the next steps. If one branch is left unconnected, the editor shows a warning and a run that chooses it ends at this step. If the selected automation is later deleted or becomes unavailable to the project, publication is blocked until you select an available workflow.
