Statistics Overview

Start with Overview for a quick project check: how much was spent, how many conversations came in, and how the lead base changed. Use it to spot a change, then open the details.

Reading The Tab

Open the Overview tab.

The Costs block shows all charges during the period, the current balance, how long it may last, and the average spend per full AI response.

The Communications block shows total messages, new dialogs, dialogs without replies, and the number of AI and operator messages.

The Leads block shows new leads, net growth, subscriptions and unsubscriptions during the period, and the current percentage of the base available for messages.

Opening The Details

Select Open in the relevant block or choose the corresponding tab at the top. Use Costs for the cause of a specific charge, Communications for workload and replies, and Leads for the composition of the lead base.
