Statistics Overview

Summary

The Overview tab is for a quick project check. It combines several key cost, communication, and lead indicators without replacing the detailed tabs.

How to read the tab

1. Open the Overview tab.
2. In the cost summary block, check charges and the forecast; the communication and lead blocks work the same way.

What the overview shows

• costs — credit charges, current balance, forecast, and average full AI response cost;
• communications — messages, new dialogs, dialogs without replies, and the ratio of AI to operator replies;
• leads — new leads, net growth, subscriptions and unsubscriptions, and the available base percentage.

How to open the details

Select Open in the relevant block or choose the corresponding tab at the top. Use Costs for the cause of a specific charge, Communications for workload and replies, and Leads for the composition of the lead base.

How to read changes

The percentage next to an indicator compares the selected period with the preceding period of the same length. No change means the values are equal. First find an indicator with a noticeable change, then open the detailed tab and inspect its chart or table.
