FAQ

This page contains short answers to questions that arise during initial setup and when checking configuration. Follow the link in an answer when you need the complete sequence of fields and actions.

Getting started

Where should I start in a new project?

Open the Quick Start, which takes you from selecting a project to the first test message. You can create an agent manually or prepare one through auto-training. Before using it in a real channel, check it on the Testing tab, then publish and activate it.

Why have the agent changes not appeared in dialogs?

Real channels use the published version. Autosave saves the draft but does not publish it. After changing the instructions, model, tools, Knowledge Base, variables, metrics, or autostart, wait for the draft to be saved and publish it.

Channels and agent responses

Where can I find instructions for connecting a channel?

Open Channels and select the required platform. Separate guides cover the most common scenarios: Telegram and the website widget. Shared options for an existing channel are described under Channel settings.

Why doesn't the agent answer?

First, check whether the incoming message appeared in Dialogs. Then make sure the agent is published, active, and assigned to that dialog or matches an active autostart rule. The exact publication and activation sequence is described in Publishing and Launch.

If the message exists but a response was not generated or delivered, open History and find events by dialog, lead, or channel. This separates a missing launch from a generation, tool, or delivery error.

How can I check an agent before launch?

Use the Testing tab in the agent form. It works with the saved draft, so you can check instructions, knowledge, variables, and tools before publishing them to real channels.

Knowledge, data, and integrations

How can I add company materials to an agent?

Add files, text documents, or tables to the Knowledge Base. Then connect the required materials in the agent settings and configure Knowledge Base permissions. Publish the agent after the change.

How can I make the agent remember client data?

Create fields on the Lead Variables tab in Variable settings. Then enable lead variables for the agent and grant write access for the required request source. In the agent instructions, specify which data to save and under which conditions. Details and limitations are covered under Agent Variables.

How can I connect a CRM or another external service?

If the service provides a compatible MCP server, add the connection under Settings → MCP Servers and complete the required authorization. Then select the server in the agent's MCP settings, save the changes, and publish the agent. A CRM does not necessarily provide a compatible MCP connection.

Team, analytics, and costs

How can I give a team member access to the project?

Create an invitation by user ID or email and select a role. After the invitation is accepted, access to individual channels and the member role can be changed under Roles and Access.

Where can I see what credits were used for?

Credit History shows individual spend operations and their breakdown by events, agents, and models. For the overall picture over a period, trends, and cost distribution, use Costs in Statistics.

Why is there no data in Insight?

Check whether metric collection is enabled for the agent, the version containing those settings is published, dialogs exist in the selected period, and filters do not hide the data. The metrics overview and checking sequence are covered under Insight.

Where to look for the cause of a problem

How can I check overall Senler availability?

Open the public service status page. It shows the current state of user-facing features and history for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. If the overall status is normal, continue checking the specific project sections.

Which diagnostic section should I open?

  • History — to check messages, agent launches, tools, metrics, delivery, or an error event.
  • Processes — when an import, migration, channel update, package import, or delivery does not complete.
  • Change Log — to find who changed project settings or an entity and when.
  • Credit History — when the question concerns a specific credit accrual or spend operation.

Start with the section that corresponds to the action you need to check, not the page where the problem became visible. For example, investigate a missing agent response through events in History and an unfinished import through its card in Processes.

What should I send to support when a page shows an error?

If the error message includes Support information, select it and attach the copied text to your request. Also mention the action you performed before the error. The button appears only when the cabinet can prepare diagnostic details for that error.
