Recipients
Recipients are defined by filters in the delivery card. Before starting, this section shows how many unique people match the current conditions and which channels can be used to send to them.
Selecting The Audience
In the Recipients section, you can narrow the audience by:
- one or more channels;
- channel type;
- search across lead data;
- space and membership in it;
- segment and membership in it.

Filters work like they do in the lead list, but a delivery has mandatory conditions that cannot be disabled. Sending includes only subscribed leads of the "User" type who are not blacklisted, not blocked, and not service recipients created for project members.
Supported Channels
The cabinet shows only connected channels that support mass sending in the filter. Deliveries currently support Telegram, VK, Discord, Widget, StreamVi, and Email. MAX and Avito are not included in a delivery audience.
If an older delivery contains a channel that no longer supports mass sending, a warning appears next to recipients. Change the filter: testing, starting, and scheduling remain unavailable until then.
Preview
The counter shows unique recipients, not lead records. If one person has several lead records or can be reached through several matching channels, that person is counted once.
The recipient row shows the channel selected for sending. Hover over or select the channel list to see other matching options and open channel settings when needed. More recipients load as you scroll.
Before starting, the preview remains dynamic: new leads, subscriptions, blocks, segment membership, and channel availability can change it. When a run starts, the system fixes the audience for that run, and its size is then shown in the results.
When There Are No Recipients
Check the conditions that directly participate in selection:
- The project has a connected channel that supports deliveries.
- Selected leads use the "User" type.
- Leads are subscribed, not blocked, and not blacklisted.
- Leads belong to the selected spaces or segments when those filters are set.
- Search matches the intended lead data.
After changing filters, wait for autosave and check the count again before testing or starting.
