Creation

Create a delivery to prepare a message for selected leads. Creating it does not send anything: you start sending separately.

Creating A Delivery

On the Deliveries page, select Add.

Enter a name that will help you find the delivery in the list. It is used in the cabinet; recipients receive the message text.

Select Create delivery.

The delivery page opens with the "Waiting" status. You can change its name; it must contain 1 to 255 characters.

Preparing To Send

Compose the message: add text, variables, and attachments.
Select recipients: set the audience filters.
Send a test to check the result in Telegram or VK.
Start the delivery now or schedule a date.

Changes are saved automatically. You can edit a delivery before it starts. After starting, a different message or audience requires a copy of the delivery.
