Creating the first project

If the account has no projects yet, the cabinet opens the first project page.

1. Keep the suggested “My first project” name or replace it with your own.
2. Click Next or press Enter.
3. After creation, the project becomes current and its start page opens.

You can change the name later in the general project settings.

Creating an additional project

Open the current project menu at the top of the sidebar and click the plus button. On the project creation page, enter a name and click Next.

Selecting another project

Open the current project menu at the top of the sidebar. If there are many projects, find the required one by name using search, then select it from the list. The cabinet opens the same available section inside the selected project or its start page.

Before changing an agent, channel, knowledge base, or settings, always check the current project name in the sidebar.

If the project cannot be created

• make sure the name is not empty;
• wait for the current attempt to finish and do not click Next repeatedly;
• read the error message and retry creation;
• if the error persists, send support the attempt time and message text.
