Test and Start

Check the text, attachments, and recipients before mass sending. A test does not start the mass delivery; it sends the current message to selected project members.

Test Send

Select Test, choose a channel, and select recipients. You can select up to 10 people at a time.

Test sending is currently available only for Telegram and VK. You can start a regular delivery for Discord, Widget, StreamVi, and Email, but the test action is not offered for these channels. MAX and Avito support neither mass deliveries nor tests.

The test list does not show every channel lead. It shows active project members with permission to manage dialogs for whom a linked recipient was found in the selected channel. The current user is marked "This is you".

Adding Yourself To A Test

If you are missing from the Telegram list, select "Add recipient". The selected channel's bot opens: start the bot, return to the cabinet, and wait for the list to update. The link is created for the current user and remains valid for about 10 minutes.

For VK, "Add recipient" first asks you to link your VK account to your Senler profile if it is not linked yet. Then allow the community to send messages and select "Check". The recipient appears after confirmation.

The test sends a separate "[Delivery test]" marker followed by the current text and attachments with resolved variables. It does not create a delivery run or change the delivery status.

Starting Immediately

Select Start, then choose "Start now" in the confirmation. The system fixes the matching recipients and creates a background sending process.

The progress window shows how many messages were sent, skipped, or failed. You can close the window: sending continues, and its state remains available in the delivery list and project processes.

Scheduled Start

In the start confirmation, select Schedule on a date. Set a future date and time and select Save.

Until that time, the delivery remains on the "Waiting" tab with the "Scheduled" status. You can change its message and recipients: the new state must save successfully and remain valid for sending.

To cancel the scheduled start, open schedule settings and select Remove. The delivery returns to "Waiting" and will not start automatically.

When Starting Is Unavailable

Testing, immediate start, and scheduling are available only for a delivery with no run history. They are also blocked when the message is empty, autosave or attachment upload is in progress, saving failed, or recipients contain an unavailable channel.

If the delivery already ran, create a copy and use it for the new run.
