Metrics History
In the sidebar's Analytics group, open Insights, then select the History tab on the section page. Metric history shows individual evaluations: time, agent, metric name, result, confidence and status relative to the norm.
Confidence shows how certain AI was when extracting the value. Status compares the value with the norm; it is not the success status of the agent's response.

History is useful for checking a specific evaluation rather than an agent's average result. For example, you can find low answer quality evaluations and check how confidently each value was extracted.
Search and sorting
- Choose a period in the Insight filters. Agent and metric types from the comparison tabs do not apply here.
- Enter a name, metric key or text value in search. Letter case does not matter.
- Choose a sort field: time, numeric value, metric name or confidence.
- Set the order to ascending or descending.

The total record count and the numbers of unique metrics, agents and dialogs appear below the list. More records load as you scroll.
Investigating an unusual metric
- Open metric history.
- Refine the period and find the record by metric name or key.
- Check its value, time and confidence.
- To compare the evaluation with a conversation, separately open event history for the relevant time and filter by agent. A metric card does not open a dialog.
- If the issue is value extraction, adjust the metric instructions and check new results.
