Plugins
Plugins
Open Plugins in the project menu. The plugins page contains only public website integrations and Tool applications. Ready-made solutions are kept in the neighboring section and can add a complete set of agents, segments, landings, and other resources to a project.
The page has a Catalog tab and an Installed tab.

What you can install
Each plugin card shows its type, description, capabilities, and install count.
- A Website integration opens the developer's website and connects through the authorization flow provided there.
- A Tool can add agent actions, an embedded project page, or both capabilities together.
Open a card and review its description, developer website, and requested access. Then click Install. Installing an application and changing its access require project application management permission.

Permissions and access
You can grant only the permission groups requested by the plugin developer. Keep only the capabilities required by the integration enabled. Without management permission, the catalog and installed plugins may be view-only.
After installation
On the Installed tab, click Manage for the required plugin. In the dialog you can:
- review and change granted permissions;
- open the developer website for a Website integration;
- open the embedded page when the application provides one;
- remove the installation.

Tools from an installed application are not enabled for every agent automatically. Open the Tools tab of the required agent, select the actions in the installed applications section, and save the agent. If a tool is missing, confirm that the plugin is installed in the same project, its access has not been revoked, and the application actually provides agent tools.
Removing an installation disconnects the plugin from the project. Before confirming, check whether agents use its actions and whether the team still needs its embedded page or external integration.
If a plugin does not work
- Confirm that you opened Plugins rather than Ready-made solutions.
- On the Installed tab, make sure the application is connected and its access has not been revoked.
- Check granted permissions and complete authorization on the developer website when required.
- For a Tool application, open the required agent settings and enable its actions.
- If the embedded page does not open, confirm that the developer added it to the published application version.
