Recovering missed replies
If an agent could not reply because the plan ended or credits ran out, Senler stores that case for a manual retry. This applies specifically to messages that produced a billing error in the dialog; ordinary model, channel, or tool errors are not included.
Cases remain available for 30 days after the error. Restoring billing does not start retries automatically: first check whether an operator has already replied to the client, then choose the appropriate mode.
When The Block Appears
Open Settings → Plan & billing. When missed replies exist, a recovery block appears at the top. It shows the number of missed messages, affected dialogs, and dialogs where no one replied after the error.
While the plan is inactive or credits are insufficient, the block explains what needs to be fixed. Connect a plan or buy credits. After both conditions are restored, the retry buttons appear in the block.
Retry Missed Replies
- In the recovery block, check the affected dialog count and the number of dialogs without a subsequent reply again.
- To start a new reply in every affected dialog, select Reply to all.
- To exclude conversations where an operator or another agent replied after the error, select Reply where no operator replied.

The button starts replies in the background. The success message shows how many dialogs accepted the request.
How The Two Buttons Differ
Reply to all creates one new current reply in each selected dialog. If one conversation contains several missed messages, Senler does not send a separate reply for each one: it forms one reply from the current dialog history and the latest relevant case. This mode also includes dialogs where an operator or another agent replied after the error, so check the risk of a duplicate client reply before starting it.
Reply where no operator replied selects only dialogs with no project-side reply after the error. This is the safer choice when operators helped clients manually while AI was paused.
One launch handles up to 100 dialogs. If eligible cases remain after the block updates, start the selected mode again.
Retry One Reply In A Dialog
Open the required conversation. The billing error card shows a Retry button when the plan is active, enough credits are available, and no one has replied after the error. Select it when a bulk launch is unnecessary.
An individual retry uses the agent linked to the original error and the current dialog history. If an operator or another agent has already replied after the error, the button is hidden to protect the client from an accidental duplicate response.
What Happens After Starting
Selecting the button means the reply was accepted for processing, not that it has already been delivered to the client. The agent then generates the reply normally; the duration depends on the model, tools, and channel. Check the result in the dialog.
After a successful reply, the corresponding case disappears from the block. If the new reply is not created again, open the error in the dialog and check its reason: retrying helps only after the plan or credit problem has been resolved.
If The Button Is Missing
Check the following in order:
- the project plan is active;
- enough credits are available for a new reply;
- the error occurred no more than 30 days ago;
- a retry reply has not already completed successfully;
- for an individual retry, no operator or another agent replied after the error;
- you have dialog management access.
Viewing the general block requires billing and dialog view access. Buying a plan or credits requires billing management access, while starting retries requires dialog management access.
