Remove From Automation Step

The Remove from automation step stops unfinished runs of the selected automation for the current lead or dialog. It is available only in For dialogs automations.

Select An Automation

Open the step on the workflow and use Automation to select another project automation. The current workflow cannot be selected.

At execution time, Senler cancels all unfinished runs of the selected automation for the same lead, or for the same dialog when no lead is available. Reply waits configured by those runs' Message steps are stopped with the runs.

If no matching run exists, the step changes nothing and still continues through Next.

Check The Consequences

After publication, test with a safe lead and open Runs for both automations. Stopped runs no longer execute subsequent actions. If the selected automation is deleted or unavailable, publication is blocked.
