Stop sending when it should not continue, or create a copy for a new message. Keep the copy in the current project, move it to another project, or share it with another user by link.

Available Actions

In the list, open the delivery's actions menu.

The command menu for a completed, stopped, or failed delivery offers Copy, Share by link, and Delete.

A delivery with no runs offers Edit, testing, starting and scheduling, and deletion. In an open delivery, the main commands are next to its name.

Stopping

1. Select Stop.
2. Confirm in the window that opens.

New messages stop being sent after the stop request is processed. Messages already sent remain with recipients.

You can stop a queued delivery, one collecting leads or sending messages, or one paused by the quota. A manual stop cannot be continued: create a copy for a new delivery. To send the remainder after reaching the quota, use Continue sending instead of stopping.

Copying

1. Select "Copy".
2. Check the package contents in the window.
3. Enter a name for the copy and select the destination project.
4. Confirm copying.

Copying runs as a background process. The copy includes the message, attachments, filters, and detected segment and variable dependencies. Run history, results, and schedule are not copied.

In another project, select specific leads, channels, and spaces again. Related segments are imported and substituted in the filters. Check the audience and test message before sending.

Stop an active delivery first, including one paused by the quota. Deleted deliveries cannot be copied. See Copying resources for package details.

Sharing By Link

1. Select "Share by link".
2. Check the package contents.
3. Set a name and expiration for the link.
4. Create the link and send it to the recipient.

The recipient can import the delivery into a project they can access. It transfers the same contents as copying, without history, results, schedule, or links to specific leads, channels, and spaces from the source project.

Sharing by link is available for the same deliveries as copying.

Deleting

1. Select "Delete".
2. Confirm the action.

The delivery moves to the "Deleted" tab and remains read-only. You cannot restore, start, copy, or share it. Stop an active delivery before deleting it.
