Creating and listing landings

Creation and list

Creating a landing

  1. In the project menu, open Landings.
  2. On the landings page, select Add.
  3. Enter a page name.
  4. Select Create.

The editor opens with an initial Cover block. A new landing is created as a draft and is not yet available to visitors. Configure the page, verify it in preview, and select Publish. Only then is a public version created and its link made available. Later changes are also saved to the draft first.

Search and source filter

On List, use search and the origin filter:

List and actions

Select a page row to open it. The row menu lets you edit or open, copy to a project, share by link, or delete a standalone landing.

Copy opens the package dialog, where you can choose the current project or another available project. Share creates a link that lets the recipient import the landing into their project. The linked segment moves with the landing, but source-project bindings are reset in the copy. Before publishing, select again where the subscription action should work. See Resource copying for the complete workflow.

Automatic landings

The Source column appears when the filter is set to All. Select the agent icon to open a card with the agent name and state. Select Open agent in that card to go to the agent settings.

With the Automatic filter, the Source column is hidden because the source is already defined by the filter. Opening such a landing from the list shows the Agent landing information page instead of the editor. It identifies the source agent and creation date. Select Edit in agent to open its subscription page.

An automatic landing cannot be copied, shared by link, or deleted from the list. Configure and publish it on the agent subscription page; see Agent subscription page.

Creating and editing with AI

Select the AI assistant button and describe the finished result: the audience, heading, required blocks, button action, and images. For example: “Create a consultation booking landing with a cover, three features, reviews, and a button that subscribes to the Consultation segment.”

AI can create a standalone landing and change blocks on an existing page. When it finishes, open the editor, check the text, images, segment, and channels in preview, then publish the draft. AI acts with the current user's permissions and cannot change read-only pages.

Page settings

In the editor's top toolbar, next to the three-dot actions menu, click the separate Settings button.

Continue setting up the page in the open dialog:

  • Enter the name you will use to find the page in Cabinet.
  • Select the landing language. It follows the project language by default; you can select Russian or English for an individual page. This controls system buttons, statuses, and errors, not a translation of your block text.
  • In Theme, choose the appearance:
    • Automatic follows the VK theme when opened inside VK, or the visitor's browser theme if the VK theme cannot be retrieved. Cabinet preview uses the browser theme. This is the default for new landings.
    • Light or Dark uses the selected theme regardless of the visitor's settings.
  • If you chose Light or Dark, set Page background: click the color swatch or enter a color code such as #f6f7f9. This is the background around the blocks. In Automatic mode, the field is hidden and the background follows the theme. Switching to another theme resets a custom color, so choose the theme first and the background second.
  • If needed, upload an icon for Icon list mode or a banner for Banner grid mode, and enable visibility in the shared landing list. For displaying the page in the catalog, see Landings in channels.

Check the result in preview and publish the landing so visitors see the language and appearance changes. For an agent subscription page, publish the agent instead of publishing the landing separately.

If another editor changed the settings at the same time, Cabinet offers Keep mine or Accept server. For a Theme and page background conflict, you choose the entire appearance together: the theme and background color from one version. Save the settings again after choosing.

While the dialog is open, the page address contains ?panel=settings. Following that link opens settings directly. Refreshing the page opens the dialog again but does not save entered values, so select Save before refreshing.

The editor menu also contains copy and delete for the current standalone landing.
