How to add a channel

Adding a channel starts with choosing a platform, then opens the connection form for the selected message source.

1. Open the section through the Channels item in the side menu.
2. Click Add channel.
3. On the add channel page, the platform selection block opens.
4. Select the button for the required platform: Telegram, VK, MAX, Avito, Discord, Widget, StreamVi, or Email.
5. Fill out the connection form for the selected platform.
6. After a successful connection, the cabinet opens the created channel settings.

The project overview may also show a quick add-channel button. If it is absent, use the Channels item in the side menu.

How to choose a platform

On the add channel page, each platform is shown as a separate button. Choose a platform and open its connection guide:

• Telegram;
• VK;
• MAX;
• Avito;
• Discord;
• Widget;
• StreamVi;
• Email.

Platform card labels

Use the label shown on the platform card:

• In development means that this platform cannot be connected yet;
• Unavailable means that the cabinet does not currently support creating this channel type.

The tariff and current project settings do not affect the platform selection button.
