Costs in Statistics

The Costs tab helps you understand where credits go and how long they will last. Compare total project spending with AI response costs, review operations, and find the channels or agents with the highest spend.

All Project Costs

Open the Costs tab and select a period.

The All project costs block has two cards: Credits charged and Tokens. The first includes AI responses and other project operations. The second shows token usage, not the price: models and operations have different costs.

Requests through your own AI keys count toward token usage but do not consume Senler credits. Tokens can therefore be nonzero while credit charges are zero. Check your provider's bill for those requests; it is not included in Senler credit spending.

Use the Credit spend chart to find days or hours when spending changed. Hover over the chart for an exact value.

Full AI Response Cost

The AI responses block presents completed response costs, including model work and related operations, separately from other project costs.

The four cards show:

Spend: credits used by completed AI responses, excluding cancelled generations.
AI responses / dialogs: counted responses and unique dialogs containing them.
Per AI response: spend divided by the number of counted responses.
Per dialog: the same spend divided by dialogs with AI responses, not all active project dialogs.

A response belongs to the period in which it completed. It is counted after the assistant message is saved; this does not confirm delivery to an external channel. Full AI response counts here and AI message counts in Communications therefore do not necessarily match.

What Makes Up The Spend

The Usage and costs table shows:

agent response: input, cached, and output tokens;
image and speech recognition;
image and audio creation;
analytics;
related tool calls for automation, delivery, data, knowledge, and integrations.

Cancelled generations appear as a separate row. It shows the number of attempts, charged credits, and monetary equivalent. This spend is excluded from the completed AI response card but remains actual project spend.

Columns show volume, spend, and share. Shares use the combined completed and cancelled cycle spend. Select an underlined Volume value to see details such as reasoning tokens or audio duration.

Tools show call and error counts. These are details of already counted spending, not an extra charge. The table contains only calls linked to completed AI responses, not all project tool calls. No Senler credit charge next to MCP does not mean that the external service is free.

Monetary Equivalent

The amount marked with "≈" beside credits in this block uses operation-time rates. It is a reference equivalent, not a separate cash charge or the price of usage under your paid plan or credit package. An estimate based on the actual price of the credits used is available in credit history.

If some operations have no matching currency rate, all credits are counted, but the monetary equivalent covers only part of the spend. The explanation beside the amount states how many credits were excluded.

New AI response data usually appears after around two minutes, or later when there is a backlog. While costs are being collected, the block shows an update state rather than zero spending.

Balance Forecast

The Balance forecast block shows the current balance, average daily spend, and how long the credits are estimated to last.

Average spend uses the selected period. Selecting another period may change the forecast. No spend means there were no charges in that period. The "∞" symbol means the estimate exceeds a year, not that credits are unlimited.

Costs By Channel And Agent

Use the Channels chart to compare project channels. The Agents chart below shows spending by agent. Hover over a bar to see the credit amount.

Each chart shows up to 50 channels or agents, starting with the highest spend. Operations without an associated channel or agent are excluded from the corresponding breakdown. The sum of visible bars can therefore differ from total project costs.

Where To Find Individual Charges

Open credit history to inspect a specific operation, agent, model, token count, or event. Statistics shows the period-level picture; history shows individual spend records.
