Trends in Insight
In Insight, open the Trends tab. It compares values for the selected period with the previous one and highlights changes that need attention.
For example, after editing an agent's instructions, you can check whether answer quality evaluations improved and the share of problematic interactions fell.
Reading the results
- Select the Trends tab.
- In Problem metrics, compare values on a metric card with the previous period.
- In Agents requiring attention, check the agent cards with undesirable changes.

Open metric or agent details. Read the percentage sign together with the metric's direction: higher answer quality is better, while a higher error rate is worse.
What values are compared against
The baseline uses the seven days preceding the start of the selected period. For example, September 24–30 is compared with September 17–23. Selecting 30 days expands the current sample, but does not make the baseline period a month long.
If past values are missing, details may use the current sample's average. Zero change alone does not prove stability: check the baseline and individual evaluations in history. A limited period is more useful for checking trends than "All time".
